    Nice run at Lake Heath this morning. The trail is dry again after all the rain.

    Ran with John C. and Jack, a little slower this morning since John is rehabilitating his feet from an achilles injury. This was his longest run in a couple of months.

    Short run on the Riverwalk with run group before heading to the Atlanta airport; i'll try to run tomorrow to make up the miles I lost today.

      Thanks! Andy we started out with Jack, John Cobis, Cynthia Piatt & myself... it was sort of gnarly this am! John is getting over an injury so he did 4, Jack did 10, and then Cynthia and I knocked out the 20. She is running great and finished about 5 minutes in front of me.

  17. Just picked up meds for my pneumonia episode, now that I've suffered through the worst part. This has not been my best week :-)
