Just had a baby boy 1-4.....registered for full marathon in Oct. This will be my first full marathon.

    perfect pre fall run. just relaxed and focused. 3 min warm up then ran 25 min straight with 2- 5 second breaks.

    for the first time in over a year i ran 25 min straight.... how amazing.

    have no clue what my time is. It is such and old fashioned race they don't even have anything electronic. will update when i get an official time, If ever!

    after an hour of free weights and core work, then running 5:1

    1 hour with personal trainer, 3miles on treadmill 3:1. Felt really strong after the hour of training. amazing how that can make a difference.

    i ran 3:2 ratio and ended up running the entire mile 3 and mile 8. Burned 1633 calories per my bodybugg
