Good. Just making sure you are not turning into "the slacker". It's hard to keep up with posts sometimes. I am trying to turn over a new leaf and poster more often.

felt great after my run thought I'd hit the gym for a little weights and such.
felt good! went around the lake twice instead of doing my normal 10 miler because of my glute didn't want to hit the bigger hills. Will consider doing them next Saturday.
felt great with negative splits 11:11, 10:40, 10:34 and 9:45. Hope to continue with negatives
Great job Colleen!!

i thought because of my glute i was going to have to stop but at about 2 miles i felft good enough to finish after streching. stayed with the girls. not sure the time because i forgot my watch.
i knew i was going slow but really thought i was going a little faster. started at 6am and it was truely very warm by then.
Nice to get that done--it shouldn't be so warm so early!

It's funny like that sometimes... when you think you're running slow, you're faster. And when you think you're fast, you're slower. Regardless, it's a nice way to start your day.

1 mile warm up, 7 (250 yards) hill repeats and 2 miles warm up. Ugh, so hot so rough and thought it was one of the hardest workouts in awhile
I was thinking of you yesterday when I left the gym at 6:30. I can't imagine doing a speed workout out there in that heat! Great job!!!!

4 miles on the treadmill on the ship. It said I was doing 17 m/m, I do believe I was going a little faster than that. :-( . Started at 6am so I could be done for a long day getting home. :-)

I noticed you weren't posting, but glad you're managing to squeeze the runs in. It's more important to get runs in than to get online and post them!

I agree. The online community is great but can be very time consuming. Work & life is more important than posting. Maybe check back when things slow down.
