      I agree. The online community is great but can be very time consuming. Work & life is more important than posting. Maybe check back when things slow down.

    felt good! went around the lake twice instead of doing my normal 10 miler because of my glute didn't want to hit the bigger hills. Will consider doing them next Saturday.

      Isn't it funny how the recovery run can feel harder than the actual training run? But it's nice to shake the legs out and get the blood flowing. Nice run.

    felt great! run with Melinda and we had negative splits, 11:22 - 11:00 - 10:43 and 9:57. not sure how it happened wish i could do this more often.

    i thought because of my glute i was going to have to stop but at about 2 miles i felft good enough to finish after streching. stayed with the girls. not sure the time because i forgot my watch.

    1 mile warm up, 7 (250 yards) hill repeats and 2 miles warm up. Ugh, so hot so rough and thought it was one of the hardest workouts in awhile

    4 miles on the treadmill on the ship. It said I was doing 17 m/m, I do believe I was going a little faster than that. :-( . Started at 6am so I could be done for a long day getting home. :-)
