You are doing an Ironman! Holy Cow! You are a rock star. Which one are you doing? I swim on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Wednesday the pool has been dead. Let me know I could always use someone to push me a bit.

Ran with Chad. Left foot killing me. Had to limp the first mile. Finally loosened up, but hurt like crazy the rest of the day.
