good Miami Meadows 7 mi

Great to get some miles in with Matt today out at the Meadows. We kept a decent pace (felt like 8:45 ish) but had some great conversation too. That makes the miles click off a bit quicker! The knee was little more cooperative today, so I may stick with the every-other day running plan for the rest of the week.
