If I had skipped the dessert at dinner I might have skipped the run tonight...but I definitely had some caloric penance to take care of. By the time I finished the 2nd 3-mile loop, though...I was feeling good so I opted for a 4-mile loop the 3rd time around to give me an even 10. Still not close to the pace I need to be at for Fall but I did feel good enough to add another 3 to 6 miles at the same pace, so that's a great improvement over the past month or so.
