    @brittani I was actually only running the intervals about about a 6:40 pace for 2 mins which isn't really all that painful. I think your referencing the interval where you go all out until you feel like your going to puke. I've been using the McMillan calculator for interval speeds. That suggested optimal paces of 6:20 ~ 6:40 for me. Maybe the more correct term would be speed work?
