    Fun ride! I could definitely improve the pace by not breaking for water and doing better on those hills on Laraway. I think this will be my new go to ride.

    Did 4 laps around the neighborhood behind my place. It was cold, so the asthma was flaring up, but it was nice to give the legs a rest and let my lungs and heart do the work.

    Went awful, can't run due to pain in lower legs. Planned on running 3 miles, pushed myself to 1 and had to hop on the bike for some low impact goodness.

    Ran downstairs and hopped on the treadmill after my ride. Ran some at 7mph, some at 6mph, and walked a bit at 4mph.

      That is awesome!! So look at that all in all you had about a 45 minute workout and it looks you have worked out every day this week. WOW!! Keep up the good work!!

    Gentle pace around town. Checked out some local 'hoods.

  10. Some pain in lower right leg. I'm not concerned. I'll give it a rest and ride my bike instead.

    Not bad, considering I ran more than double what I've ever run before. Tomorrow will be the real indicator, though.
