good Post-Turkey Day "easy" run 2.84 mi 00:32 11:19 pace

No run with Lloyd is ever really easy for me but I do enjoy them because he inadvertently makes me run faster. This was a very lovely run through the woods by our house on Cumberland. Quick run to Irving and back along the Des Plaines River. So nice with all the leaves on the ground. Next time we run here though there will probably be snow :(
