So glad Lloyd made me get out of bed for this! Overall it was a good run but man was the wind horrible on the way back. Felt like we were running uphill most of the way back but we got it done. Tough run for a cut-back week.

I also noticed that my toes are getting blisters after the runs and knees ache slightly afterwards. Not sure if this holds true for others but for me, this usually means it's time for new shoes. Wish I could just get away with new in-soles because the uppers look practically new for a change. Guess those will be relegated to volleyball and cross training. Ah well.
