First WW training run! 3.1 mi 00:36 11:37 pace

WeeeeeeeeeeeeOooooooo! I kicked off my Winter Warriors training tonight w/Lloyd at the gym. It was supposed to be an easy 42min run/walk but I felt good and ran straight for 3.1 miles. Haven't done that in a while! Glad to be back at it!
