Time is estimated since it was "disrupted" by a couple random drinks with friends post yoga. (to completely undo all the yoga goodness of course! Lol)
Tool me 53 min. to bike the 9.6 to meet up with Yasmin for CES yoga. Great class! Hadn't taken this in a few years and she's an awesome instructor. I normally can't stand when they have you stay in one pose for what seems like forever but I just really like her style of instructing.
It was great to see Yasmin again, feels like forever now that we all don't run together every week (which I miss quite a bit). Hey guys...hint hint—post Tri running anyone? ;)
Anyways, ran into a guy who used to run the fleet Feet fun runs and it was great to see him!
Friends were apparently blowing up mt phone during yoga b/c I still haven't read all of their texts but that's ok since I went to meet them up for a couple quick drinks.
Then back on the bike for another 9.5 miles!

Nice job! Glad you had a nice time with yoga (and at post-yoga drinks)! I'm sorry I couldn't make it. Great job biking there too! You've been doing great with the biking as transportation. I would totally be up for getting together for a run sometime.
