Oh man we're my legs feeling like free trunks rooted firmly to the ground. Last night's TM strength workout an bike ride left me quite tired in general today. Rough but good run around my 'hood. I like the idea of mid-day runs near my house. My hope is that I can make these consistent, although I suspect they'll need to be morning runs as soon as the heat kicks in :/
