I played like total doo doo! Only thing I was good at today was serving so lesson learned...CrossFit before Saturday Vball is not a good idea. Well at least a crazy intense session like today's.
So I spared the rest of my friends there and left at the half. I wanted to see my cousin's kids who were at my parents house anyways :)
