It was so awesome to see Jess there doing her workout with the "big kids" can't wait until I can join them too! ;) Actually that should be next week!
Got to catch up with Jess afterwards for a quick Thai dinner that hit the spot before a double header at Vball. Ummn I'm pooped!

Regular stretching warm up
4 rounds each (I was late)
5 press each arm 12kg KB
5 practice push presses with PVC pipe for form
5 suitcase deadlifts 16kg each side
Farmers walk with 16kg
10 ring rows (I really kinda like these)
WOD for time
Ladder UP to 6 each:
- goblet squat with 12kg KB
Then 10 Russian swings each time
