      Thanks ladies!!! Jess, there was this "X-it" intro class I tried out at Xsport on Sunday. It's a HIIT class where everyone's heart rate is up on monitors the whole class and they have you run through exercises a LOT like CrossFit without the Olympic weight lifting but with treadmills. You'd probably really like it!
