    Felt great - I didn't push the speed too much, but it was a good workout. Brought my workout clothes today and had no excuse not to do it.

    Not bad - need to build up some endurance, work this up to 45-50 with faster pedaling, but not a bad first workout of the year.

    Beautiful morning. Didn't want to do the full loop, but the new brace seemed to really help stabilize my knee, so what the hey.
