I went out for a quick 2 miles today. This was by far the fastest I've gone in a while. It felt nice to get a little speed behind me.

Nice easy day on the elliptical. I also added in some strength exercises.

Took it nice and easy today and felt really good. Before the run, I did the following core exercises: Hip Abductors, Bridge, One-legged Wall Squats, Plank, and One-legged Squats.

Mid-40's in Chicago...great running weather. Knee and heel are both still holding up.

No issues with the knee or heel today, so that's good. Core Exercises - Hamstring Stretch, Bridge, Hip Abductors, and Side Steps with Band.
