    Nothing special to report...another good run.

    I went out for a quick 2 miles today. This was by far the fastest I've gone in a while. It felt nice to get a little speed behind me.

    Nice easy day on the elliptical. I also added in some strength exercises.

    Took it nice and easy today and felt really good. Before the run, I did the following core exercises: Hip Abductors, Bridge, One-legged Wall Squats, Plank, and One-legged Squats.
