    A very hilly course and while I was tired at the end, I was able to run the last mile at a 9:56 pace. I like to run the last one or couple fast to see what my legs have left.

    Joined the 6 am class since I was going to be the only one at the 5am class. I wasn't going to let anyone beat me so I really picked up the pace and kicked some booty.

    Slow treadmill miles with stops to put dinner in, take dinner out, answer the door, etc. I hate treadmill miles and I hate evening runs. Other than that, glad I got it in.
