    Did "Annie" for the first time today. 50-40-30-20-10 double unders and sit-ups. Slow on the sit-ups, but not bad!

    Debated going to CrossFit this morning, but I felt good, so I went. Wasn't on my A game today. Fifth workout in a row showed.

    Felt pretty good! Had a few glasses of wine the night before at a work dinner, but it didn't feel like it had a terrible impact.

  4. Ok I will actually start logging mileage again once my new shoes come. Ran in old shoes last week and realized they were WAY past their prime. New adrenalines to be delivered tomorrow!
