    I thought I was going to flop over of exhaustion on the second climb & that there would be no way to hit that peak again in less than 5 minutes. I made it!!! :)

    Leg presses 36 reps- 90lbs too light
    Lyinnleg curls & lunges are the devil. Dead lifts are the way to go for hamstrings. Seated calf raises are hardcore 50lbs next. Decline situps are weird

      I don't know how to measure the core portion but the run/walk portion was 2 miles.
