    Followed by 3 hours of moving KB's, D-balls, ropes, boxes, etc. down same 4 flights of stairs. Probably total of 40x up and down 4 flights.

    I was able to get a great workout by walking on TM by doing incline intervals. 5 minutes of fast walking then incline intervals, starting at 10 and going up 1 each minute until max of 15.

    7 minutes of running followed by 33 minutes of walking...meniscus is f'd and stopped running at first onset of pain per PT orders.

      Bummer....as long as it doesn't keep you from running, you can wear your Hardrock leg compression sleeves to hid the damage ;-)
