Barry, great pace work today, but also a GREAT mental workout. 40 laps on that track completely dialed in is no joke. You are ready to run a great marathon Barry. Now it is all in the execution of your race plan (no last second decisions to go faster b/c you feel good). Looking perfect.

Huge week in the books for you--and you didn't miss a beat. Stay smart through the rest of this--although I know you will. Just really happy to see all of this coming together for you Barry.
