    I took my new road bike out on it's inaugural ride. Took it nice and easy, trying to get used to it. Even after riding mountain bikes for 4 years, I felt so awkward.

    Mark G. broke up the killer ab workout this morning with lots of laps around the block (it all added up to 3 miles). It was a welcome break to my core.

    One of my favorite days of the year! We joined up with a group of 80 kids and over 100 parents and took the kids mountain biking. More smiles per mile than any other ride!

    Did a short run with the kids this morning before school. They improved their mile pace from 12:20 to 11:45. They were so proud of themselves. 2 more weeks until the race!
