Hills tempo today with the team. It was tough, but I really like this workout. I was really pushing the hills. With this workout in particular I've been trying to push myself mentally. I think the mental aspect of racing is something I've always struggled with, but lately I've been feeling really strong physically and mentally. Took splits of each loop, which was a little less than a mile. I want to keep it more even next time:
