w/u: 250m row feet unstrapped, 250m row feet strapped in, HR push ups, lunges, side hops, right/left leg hops, various stretches

Completed 4 rounds but I had to sprint the last 100m to do so. Whew!
Post WOD:
Bent Over Row
3X5 35# (took all the weight off the bar before I realized we still needed weight and was too lazy to put it back on so I just used the bar - lol)

    I don't think I've ever tried to row with unstrapped feet. Not sure how that would work for me. Just reading this makes me tired.

    tough stuff! I'm not a fan of the feet not strapped in to the rower when it comes up occasionally at my box- so much harder.
