I was planning to do another 9 am CrossFit session today but after two days in a row I woke up so sore. They were really hard workouts, too. I decided to put off the workout until noon. Then until 5, then until tomorrow. My body was telling me to rest, rest, rest, so I did :). I'm still sore but much better.
