      I'm so sorry you got this news but what an amazing attitude you have. Most people would have thought about hanging up their running shoes, but not you! I really hope the surgery goes well tomorrow and your recovery is speedy!

    Thanks to Jeff M for getting me through this. My body just wasn't wanting to allow a good run today. Great ORC company gets you through these. Fun running up the hill with Maeluen and Julie!

    Still struggling with speed work, even these short ones! 2 mile warmup, 1@6:00 -1.5% incline, 1/2 mile easy and 1 more mile at 6:00 w 1.5% incline. 1 mile cool down. Merry Christmas everyone!

    1 percent incline. 8 -9mph. Overall good run. Start Scott W's Boston plan in 2 weeks. Time to make this running thing part of my routine again!

      Way to crank out some miles; that is a long time on a TM, I don't care what anyone says. Anything over 5 on the TM is torture, in my opinion. Glad to see your running posts!

    Not much time to run between work and my wife being abroad. Snuck in 5...Also tried a few quick ones in there. 6:20, 6:10 and 6:00 with quarter mile jogs.
