  1. RUN
Legacy trail KY 7 mi 00:52 07:27 pace

Great scenery, rolling hills and weather for this run. So hard to squeeze these in when working long hours on the road!

  2. RUN
    Early 5 5 mi 00:36 07:08 pace

  3. RUN
Freedom Trail KY 5 mi 00:36 07:06 pace

After traveling and all day meetings I had to unwind before a "team dinner." Great temps and rolling hills made this an enjoyable run... Gonna have to really try to squeeze workouts in o... read more

  4. RUN
    ORC WNR 8 mi 01:01 07:33 pace

Ran from Gary Gribbles. Maeluen and Scott were my partners in crime for 6. Did 2 around my old high school stomping ground before the group run. Felt good coming off a speed day!

  5. RUN
    Mile repeats 6.5 mi 00:47 07:13 pace

Great run. First set of mile repeats in almost a year. Did 4 ranging from 6 to 6:20. All in all it felt good to get the legs moving again. Let's see how they feel tomorrow though.

  6. RUN
    alright Lenexa 7 7 mi 00:55 07:51 pace

Was pretty tired today so I elected for a "flatter than normal" 7 miler through Lenexa over the lunch break.

  7. RUN
Easy 4 down Renner 4 mi

Tired from yesterday and the wind, hills and heat made it somewhat challenging. Settled for 4, better than 0!

  8. RUN
ORC long run 10 mi 01:17 07:43 pace

Longest training run since the comeback started (broke yesterday's record). First double digit too! Met Jeff 5 in and finished with Lindsey and Kim. Warmer than expected but a good run regard... read more

Worn out from the weekend. Found a free afternoon hour so I took it for 7. Mid 80's is just about right.

What a perfect way to spend an hour instead of sitting here stalking Daily Mile like I'm doing. Nice work. And I didn't mean out of town last weekend, I meant out and about in running. Sorry, had I known you'd be at SMR, we could have planned to meet you and pick you up too.

  10. RUN
Old hood (Old OP) 5 mi

Was doing some work at our Antioch rental and decided to get a few in while some paint dried. Nice to run that old route again. Maloneys has gotten bigger since I lived there!

  11. RUN
    ORC SMR 6.5 mi

Great to run with the club. This was also my first 6 run week in over a year! Now to keep the momentum while respecting the body.

  12. RUN
Nice and easy 4 4 mi

That's how you take it easy.

  13. RUN
Nice warm afternoon 5 5 mi

Nice and warm. The additional effort when running south was worth it because that wind felt great.

  14. RUN
    ORC WNR 6 mi 00:44 07:22 pace

Good run. Hit the gas pedal on mile 5.

  15. RUN

Much cooler before the sun comes up. Duh.

  16. RUN
alright Lunchtime LFT to SMP and back 7 mi

Holy smokes! Since the real summer weather waited until this last week to really hit I am still not that acclimated. Throw in some hills and it makes for a tough workout!

Another run during crazy heat. Cut it short at 3.

Awesome day on the Elk. Not sure I can really post this since I was averaging at least 2-3 beers per mile. But I did have to row a lot..I swear! this was our 10th annual trip with friends.

That's a great river for a float. Sounds like you found a proper way to appreciate it.
