      Way to just get up and go. I rolled over and the clock said 4:55 but I told myself no. I guess its a good sign though that I woke up w/ no alarm????? We need to teach Anne that.

    Been a year and a half since I have lifted and I am out of shape. Now begins the 2 weeks of being incredibly sore. Ran for a few to cool down from the lifting.

      Well, maybe a little solar therapy will help with that pale skin problem you reported. Plus with a pace like that, do you really need to feel it? (I'd sure be feeling it after a pace like that!)
