    Great run and walk last night. Met with my surgeon yesterday and he told me I can break up with my Physical Therapist and start ramping back up again. Slow but steady!! So far a great recovery!

      I'm so sorry you got this news but what an amazing attitude you have. Most people would have thought about hanging up their running shoes, but not you! I really hope the surgery goes well tomorrow and your recovery is speedy!
