    Great run. First set of mile repeats in almost a year. Did 4 ranging from 6 to 6:20. All in all it felt good to get the legs moving again. Let's see how they feel tomorrow though.

    Was doing some work at our Antioch rental and decided to get a few in while some paint dried. Nice to run that old route again. Maloneys has gotten bigger since I lived there!

    Awesome day on the Elk. Not sure I can really post this since I was averaging at least 2-3 beers per mile. But I did have to row a lot..I swear! this was our 10th annual trip with friends.
