    Not much time to run between work and my wife being abroad. Snuck in 5...Also tried a few quick ones in there. 6:20, 6:10 and 6:00 with quarter mile jogs.

    Great hills. Started with Jeff, Tim, Scott and Jared. Ended up running and catching up with Tim on the back half. Great turnout today!

    Tough TM simulation run. The first half had inclined from 6 to 12.5%. Wow!
