    Felt good, but started to feel my right glute tensing with about 3 miles left.

    Race went well. I was on pace to run a 17:40 but fell back the last 20 miles. All in all a great race. Can't wait to go back next year and join the 500 mile club.

    Felt good. Ran the last 6 miles just over 7 pace. Legs were cashed by the end but hopefully i'll have enough juice left for a hard trainer ride tomorrow morning.

    Run felt really good today. I had to hold back the first few miles because I started running sub 7's. Felt strong the whole way and picked up tempo to 6:25/mile for the last mile.

  10. Running at least 12 tomorrow morning. Trying to get in 16 but not sure if I'll have the time.
