I couldn't do the planned workout so I did YogaX which I needed to do cause I truly truly need to work on all moves, I basically feel over on 80% of the poses. Didn't even touch the crane;/ My goal is to kill it in months! I'm going to say this is harder, WAY harder then Plyo;/
