    A first- got hit on whilst running. 8-{

  2. RUN
    alright GGP Standard 6 6.19 mi 00:57 09:08 pace

Legs felt tired - probably from not eating enough carbs for the past couple of days... warm and muggy.

  3. RUN
    good Kaiser Half 2017 13.22 mi 01:53 08:32 pace

  4. RUN
good Run with C&L 3.9 mi

    Garmin user errors

  5. RUN
good Since rain and marches 6.16 mi 00:55 08:54 pace

Starting run at 5pm = enough light for an hour!

  6. RUN
blah GGP East with Stow Lake 5.5 mi 00:49 08:57 pace

    Sore throat incoming.

  7. RUN
GGP East with JFK and Spreckles 6.15 mi 00:54 08:50 pace

In which I stop in the dark and give directions to some kids who were a little lost "in the woods" trying to get back to BART.

  8. RUN
    alright Standard 10 10.06 mi 01:34 09:17 pace

Legs hurty from prior 2 runs with Hokas. Quads hurt! But I definitely know that the shoes matter.

  9. RUN
alright GGP Downhill 6.17 mi 00:55 08:56 pace

The Hokas work different muscles. Ugh.

  10. RUN
alright GGP East with Stow Lake 6.17 mi 00:56 09:01 pace

Testing new Hokas. Still a bit too full from lunch, so run started out laboured, with a mild side-stitch. Definitely felt harder than it should have been... also, new shoes stain socks. :-\
