    After 2 weeks of barely working out, I just felt so weak and tired. Forced myself to finish all the sets.

    The medication I've been taking has made me weak, sleepy and totally lethargic. Couldn't even manage to finish a 30sec plank. Had to cut the workout short for the day.

    Went out for a run in the middle of my shift with colleagues. Run was cut short by a pit stop at Cha Time. Didn't count the walk back to the office while sipping my milk tea anymore. Hehehe!
