Stop Progression 13 mi

12, 13, 14....Had to stop the progression before it got to high.
AM - 4
PM - 9 with the last 15 minutes at moderate. Well, it turned out to be the last 12 minutes at moderate since I miscalculated. There was no shortage of heat or sweat in this run. Still praying for the 60s and lower 70s again. Come on October.
