    Late night jog to Tyler and back.

    Ran tø the park and jogged with Tom and Jerry then did 5@5, a 1/2 cool down and then ran back home. Nice day for a run.

    Ran to SCP for 5@5 on the warmest Monday so far. Did 5 but at a very strange pace. Seems I run faster into the wind than when it was at my back. Visited for just a bit then ran back home.

    It was 4.31 to GoRun then 5 for the Beer Run. Took a new turn on the way back home which got me lost but 1/2 mile later I was back on track for 4.8. Nice visit at EB

    Wanted to go out early but didn't want the lightening and rain. A cup of coffee later and it had quit so I went around the section. Fresh rain in the airmade for a nice relaxing run.

    Weather was perfect for me to do a little 3-miler. Not sure about tomorrow with all the storms coming in. May be a gym workout.
