You start out in a regular push-up position, but with your right hand off to the side, do a pushup, walk that hand in, move the left hand out, do a pushup, repeat on the other side, etc. etc. until dead. :)

oh, ok. Yes, I remember! I did 30 Day Shred a few years ago. I guess it was so awful I forgot! ;)
