    Hit the trails up behind our house with Katie. Love this warm fall weather. Did a lot of mud dodging up there. Nice to get some training in on dirt.

    I have no idea how far or how fast.. but we ran around the track for 40 minutes. Good run (Just have to remember to eat something)

    Some unplowed roads in town. Makes for slow going, but it's one of the prettiest things to run in. Good leg workout.

      Nice snowy 5! I know what you mean, I ran some miles on Saturday in the snow, it's tough but worth it for the scenery alone. :)
