    Know what happens when your spin instructor is in a good mood? Class goes from being 45 minutes long, to an hour, to an hour and a half! Holy crap. Fantastic workout.

    With mornings getting darker and darker, I can't even tell you how glad I am to have a gym buddy. Knowing that we set days and times to meet FORCE me to get out of bed early! I'm lovin' it.
