Very nice pace! I've run in wet Vibrams before with no major trouble -- my Bikilas are pretty snug so I don't get blisters from them even when they're wet. It sure is nice to have dry shoes to put on afterwards, though!

Yeah, dry shoes would have been nice. I cranked up the heat on my feet just to survive the drive home in wet socks and shoes.

@Melanie: That looks like a good app, but I'm on Android. I've been following your progress on it and you're doing great.
The FIRST program incorporates track repeats, tempo run, and a long run each week to improve pacing, endurance and lactate threshhold. It also incorporates cross training, which I haven't really been doing. I don't really know which race I'm training for, just overall improvement. It looks like a well-designed program.

Single leg kettlebell deadlift, 15lbs, 2x12
Seated calf raise, 25lbs, 2x12
Plank glider kickouts 2x12 (OUCH!)
Back extension 2x12
Dumbbell curls, 10lbs, 2x12
Dumbbell alternating front raise, 10lbs, 2x12
Triceps extension, 15lbs, 2x12
Standing chest fly, 35lbs, 2x12
Reverse cable fly, 35lbs, 2x12 (I never can complete the 2nd set)Takes 20-30 mins to get through this.
