Very nice pace! I've run in wet Vibrams before with no major trouble -- my Bikilas are pretty snug so I don't get blisters from them even when they're wet. It sure is nice to have dry shoes to put on afterwards, though!

Yeah, dry shoes would have been nice. I cranked up the heat on my feet just to survive the drive home in wet socks and shoes.

Ann, it's been so inspiring following your workout.... You've been kicking butt on the C25K training program.. I hope to one day get as fast as you.. Keep up the great work! I'm looking forward to continuing to follow your progression as you move into the longer races.. (p.s. I don't think you did too badly with the eating this weekend - you've been working hard... And you've got the rest of the week to work it off.) :)

@Melanie: That looks like a good app, but I'm on Android. I've been following your progress on it and you're doing great.

The FIRST program incorporates track repeats, tempo run, and a long run each week to improve pacing, endurance and lactate threshhold. It also incorporates cross training, which I haven't really been doing. I don't really know which race I'm training for, just overall improvement. It looks like a well-designed program.
