      Race days are ALWAYS faster! Which is why you need to pay close attention to your pace in those first few miles! You dont want to hit that wall too early and you dont want to injure yourself! Plus, the weather SHOULD be cooler by then! Great job today! You are making good progress!

    First recorded run in a while - I've been on vacation. Felt pretty decent most of the way. The heat is still bothersome but I got through it.
