    Finished Day 3 of C25K. Legs are feeling better and better after running. Doing the walks at 3.5 MPH and runs at 4.5 MPH. Think I will bump up the running to 4.6 MPH for Week 2.

      I really like it out there too, just wish there was water on the trail. You'd think through the Stub Stewart part that there would be.
