    Nice run, tried to hit 10km with a good pace. It is quite painful to run on pavement. I need to take it on the trails next time. Otherwise the weather was good, no rain and overcast.

    Extended my usual long run by 1.5k. Slower pace than usual, calf still hurts a bit but overall a good pace and a good training run. I felt too cold the first half of the run.
