First run after shoulder surgery 6 weeks ago. Shoulder is pounding right now but I feel good about making it out for a run.

Awesome! My shoulder feels much better after the cortisone shot. Hoping it cures my rotator cuff tendinitis. Feels so good getting back to it.

Starting up second week. Have to go to physical therapy for my shoulder :(. Not sure if that'll affect my p90x goals.

Doing more chinups/pullups than I thought I could. Cant even come close to hanging on Ab Ripper yet. I was struggling with Ab Ripper 200. Its hard doing these moves, especially after doing legs.

I just started P90x and did Plyo tonight. Can you say Quads on fire?

Crazy, my quads were on fire just warming up :D. Made it through the workout though with some mods. Took about 20 minutes for my HR to come back down to normal. Good workout.
