Easy 2 mile run before tomorrow's 5k. The heat and time of day 4 pm, made it a little rough but the legs felt somewhat fresh so hopefully this makes them feel fresher tomorrow. Hopefully I will do a sub 7 min mile tomorrow. I'm not sure about that though since I haven't run anything under an 8 min per mile pace this year yet.
