    This was the toughest run I have done in some time - it was ridiculously humid and we all ran some pretty intense hills. Painful, but done.

    It was humid, but this was a PR for me at the 4 mile distance by 3 minutes, so I am happy with htat.

      Haha!! Thanks guys. Yeah, running with my dog is great, however, she almost didn't make it. It was hot at a random time during the day. She has quasi thick fur, but she is so much fun. Time to get a dog Aron!

    This run felt like I was on fire. It was so much easier than yesterday in the heat and no breeze. It was a bit humid, but I felt like I could go on forever!
