    This workout kicked butt even though it was only 4 minutes. 12 rounds of 2 intervals (5 sec and 15 sec) alternating high knees and mountain climbers!

    It was chilly this morning - Today was Week 7, Day 1. I did pretty good. Only 1 week until my 5K. I will not have finished C25K yet, but I hope I can the entire 5K.
