The MAP says 3.44 miles but my PEDOMETER says 2.20 miles. I'm going with the former mileage cuz it looks better. :) I bought THE best shoes last night. Nike Air Pegasus+ 27 Trail WR Women's Running Shoes. I am not a runner but I've learned that running shoes give me the best cushion and support. These shoes are fantastic! I don't need a heal cup to help keep my plantar fasciitis in check. They've got the cushion and the best traction. This is silly but you can actually feel them grip the pavement! They're probably really good for hiking and gravel walking. The best part is that they are neon green! LOL So you can see me coming. I thought I would have a hard time walking in them this morning -- you know the usual break in period -- NO WAY! LOVE THESE SHOES!! Cost me a $100 at Famous Footwear tho'. Nike had them on their site for half that but the site is sold out. Well worth the cost tho'. I think my newest addiction is not just shoes but exercise shoes. I'm getting rid of some of my old pairs. Can't keep 'em all.
