20 Minutes 1.15 mi

One of the 20 Diet books I have laying around my home says "20 minutes -- 4 days a week to get your heart rate up" So. Ok. That's easy enough right? It's just I can't find my motivation! I lost it somewhere! I should have written it down but then I'd just be looking for the paper I wrote it down on. :) 20 minutes. Easy-Peasy. I CAN DO THIS. Yes. It is intended to "lose weight" but I got to get back on the horse and start small.
