      i had the same feeling way back CCM 2011. its a sad thing you can't make it. but on a lighter note, daghan pa nice nga 42K event moabot.

  11. Cardiologist's clearance: I can run 42K.... Yeeeeeeeyy!!!
    BUT, i can only do a relax pace with a conservative Finish time of 5:30-6:30 due to my heart condition!

      @Lendl: what kind of Strap?

      it's an ITB strap.. But you can try doing ITB stretching first if you don't want to use an ITB strap... Because I rarely use my ITB strap and don't get any pains on my ITB because of those stretching exercises. There are lots of video tips in youtube.. just use ITB stretching as your search string.. :)
