    Getting back into it & worked out every day this week. I am happy about that but I am tired! Deadlifts, lunges, squats - gonna feel it tomorrow!

      I like them - they seem easy at the time but make a big impact. My trainer has a variety of them that really make a difference! Good luck and let us know how it goes!

      Awesome & thanks! I'll be working with a trainer for it. I've heard of too many people having injuries from trying to do it on their own. I like lifting heavy as well.
