Okay - so I went to run hills with a gal from mud run team ... we did an easy w/u - did about 6 hill repeats - run up, lunges up, backwards up... and each interval did her push ups (she is a pilates instructor - ouch) and her sit-ups. It was good. But not enough - came home biked & ran some more with kiddos & dog... but today is Sam's 12th birthday and so we are off to kayak a bit.


Hot day for hill repeats! Good stuff.
